Implementation Consulting

Every company is different, from the personality type of key employees, to the time your existing staff has, to the timeframe in which you have to get things converted. Our goal is to get this new tool in place as soon as possible in order for you to begin saving money. Here is our standard implementation strategy:

  • After the software purchase, we would like to speak with each of the department managers so we have a firm understanding of the current systems/processes in place, and the "hopes and dreams" for the new system. There is no sense in putting a software system in place to support inefficient processes. Once we "re-engineer" the processes, then we help put the systems in place to reach your efficiency goals.
  • We will then have an implementation planning meeting wherein we will define all the steps needed to bring you "live" on the software.
  • Normally, the CFO on the go consultant will perform that tasks needed to create and setup the company. He/she will work with you to determine how much (if any) data needs to be converted, and we will work with you to efficiently bring that data over.
  • We will define the on-line classes that each of your team members should attend, and we will establish the dates and times (usually 2-3 hour sessions) of the next 5-10 sessions with one of our consultants.
  • We will be there (physically or virtually) when you "go-live", though you may elect to implement portions of the software in phases.

This methodology has helped us be on the same page with our clients regarding the expectations of the software, and has earned us a 90% satisfaction rate with our clients (Sage does the post-implementation surveys).
